John Valenti, Chief Executive Officer

John has spent two decades assisting organizations in attracting, assessing, and retaining talented employees. John served as a Managing Partner with Kenexa from 1999 through 2015, and during that time had oversight of Prove It! Skills and Behavioral Assessment Solutions, as well as Direct Search. He has worked with over 14,000 organizations, in 44 countries, overseeing the implementation, service and support of over 40 Million Assessment administrations per year. His list of engagements includes organizations such as Adecco, Randstad, The Mayo Clinic, New York Presbyterian, Bank of America, Walmart, and more. John has spoken to organizations such as the American Staffing Association, the Society of Human Resources, and hundreds of Leadership and Talent Acquisition Teams on the subject of hiring the highest quality talent in the most efficient fashion.

Jeff Weekley, PhD, Chief Consulting Officer

Jeff is a Clinical Professor and Director of the Human Resource Management program at the University of Texas at Dallas. In this role, Jeff is responsible for leading the education of the next generation of HR professionals in north Texas, as well as research, professional outreach, and consulting on HR topics. Previously, Jeff was the Global Leader for Talent Consulting in IBM’s SmarterWorkforce, leading that team in the development and implementation of systems for employee assessment, development, succession planning, and HR analytics. Prior to beginning a 20 year career in consulting, Jeff held several senior human resource management positions with Zales Corporation, Southland Corporation, and Greyhound Lines. Dr. Weekley received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas and Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Academy of Management, and a fellow of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Jeff has authored numerous articles in scholarly publications such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Human Performance, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and Journal of Management and is the coauthor of two books. His research has focused largely on talent acquisition issues, particularly in the realms of situational judgment testing, personality and values, interviewing, faking, and talent flows through organizations.

Zac Ingram, Chief Technology Officer

Zac is responsible for leading the technology strategy and the overall development of TAAD’s product roadmap. With nearly 20 years of software experience, Zac has spent most of that time working with organizations during early phases of startup and product launch. Most recently, Zac was architect and project owner for a SAAS online assessment system that delivered high volume candidate assessments with ATS integrations.

Kimberly Shernoff, Director of Sales

Kimberly has spent almost two decades In the Human Capital Management space. After attaining her M.B.A, she began in Sales with Kenexa where she initiated over 2,500 client engagements, leading the Testing Division to market dominance, and culminating in a role as Director of Sales. Kim is well versed on all aspects of assessment, including Fit, Behaviors, Skills, and Structured Interviews, and has consulted with organizations in the Call Center, Retail, Restaurant, Staffing, Industrial Labor, Healthcare, Financial, and Technology, to name a few.

Kristen Piccirillo, Director of Client Services

Kristen has spent the past 15 years in the Human Capital Management industry, helping organizations to recruit, assess and retain top talent. She began her career as a Recruiter in the Staffing industry before joining Kenexa in 2005. She had oversight of the Client Relationship Management teams for IBM Kenexa Prove It! Skills and Behavioral Assessments from 2010 to 2015. From 2005 to 2010, she held roles in Sales and Client Relationship Management for Kenexa Prove It! Assessments. She has worked with over 10,000 companies globally, overseeing implementation and client services. She has worked with organizations such as CitiGroup, Lowes, PayPal, New York Presbyterian, American Red Cross, Wells Fargo, Coca-Cola and Princeton University, among many others. Kristen has led teams to provide world-class service and consulted with leaders of organizations to help refine their hiring processes to ensure the highest quality of hire.
